Should we agree to accept a return, the goods must be unopened and in the same condition they were dispatched in. The refund will be for the product price only, all shipping costs (including the return shipping costs) are at the buyer’s expense.

Warranty Against Defects

We are dedicated to ensuring you receive your products in excellent condition, and we will ensure you are reimbursed the full purchase price for any genuinely defective goods.

In the interest of transparency, the following are some examples of what would not be classified as a defect:

  1. Gin cloudiness – Fen and Field gin is clear at room temperature but at cooler temperatures the liquid can turn slightly cloudy. This is called louching and is caused when the botanical oils come out of solution. This is either due to a temperature drop or drop in alcohol concentration. Cloudy gin is an indication the gin is packed with flavour and definitely not defective!
  2. Bottle imperfections – Aesthetic imperfections in the glass bottle such as small air bubbles, these are an intentional design element.
  3. Broken corks – We use all natural corks that can break or deposit cork fragments in your gin. This is very rare but unfortunately it can occur. While we wont replace the whole bottle of gin we will replace the cork, just send us an email with proof of purchase.
