On the gentle slopes above the distillery our damson plum trees grow. Tart and sweet they are the perfect complement to our malty and herbaceous gin.   The plums are macerated in gin for over four months, allowing rich complex flavours of cherry, almond and dark stone fruit to develop. A little sugar is added to mellow the acidity of the plums, creating a perfectly balanced liqueur.   Contains no artificial flavours colours or preservatives.   25% ABV   700ml
